Software should do the work. People should stay in charge.
That is the whole idea behind Sparko.
Sparko began with years spent inside complex organizations, seeing the same opportunity from two very different perspectives.
One perspective came from technology: building platforms, designing enterprise systems, connecting data, automating workflows, and exploring how AI could change the way work gets done.
The other came from governance and business: working across risk, data, compliance, controls, and leadership, and seeing first-hand how much better decisions get when systems connect, information flows, and people spend their time deciding rather than administering.
Different disciplines. One shared conviction.
Running a company means hiring and paying people, signing and keeping contracts, and closing the books, and most of that work is still assembled by hand: gathering information, reconciling data, chasing approvals, preparing reviews, producing reports. We saw how much of it a system could carry, if the system understood the whole company.
So we kept coming back to one question. What if the system understood the whole context, and actually did the work?
AI that understands the employee, the contract, the ledger, the policy, and the workflow. AI that prepares, recommends, and acts, while people stay firmly in control of the decisions that matter.
That idea became Sparko.
Build for the teams that make a company work.
Our mission is to create products for the business enabler teams, HR, Legal, and Finance, so they can give the rest of the company what it needs to build awesome products and a great company.
And to do it AI-natively. Each action and workflow is meticulously crafted by AI, reviewed by a person, and then carried out by the platform, giving back the tremendous number of hours people spend moving data between systems.
One platform that understands a company's people, contracts, and books together, and takes care of the work between them.
We believe the next generation of business software will understand the company's context, connect work across functions, and take care of much of the operational effort itself, so that people update it less and rely on it more.
People will still decide. People will still lead. People will still be accountable. The technology should simply make all of that easier.
People sit at the centre of every business, so that is where Sparko began. The same platform now runs the work of Legal and Finance. Each product is complete on its own; together they share one set of data.
A full AI-native HRIS: recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation and payroll runs, time and leave, engagement, career, and analytics.

We build what customers need, answer them quickly, publish our prices, compare ourselves fairly, and speak plainly about what we can do, what is available today, and what could be done. Customer success, integrity, and honesty go a long way.
We are trusted with people's personal data, contracts, and financial records. Every product and feature starts with permissions, an AI that sees only what it needs, a full audit trail, and a human approval before any automated action.
We care about what we build for our customers, and we judge it by one question: did the work take less time than it did before? Products and features earn their place by saving time, never by adding tools and workflows to manage. We put productivity first.
We would rather be the first to try an idea than the tenth to copy one. Innovation leads our product decisions, and experiments that prove themselves become part of the product.
We decide quickly, ship in small pieces, learn from every release, and turn customer feedback into the next one just as fast. Momentum is a habit, and we keep it.
Modern companies are distributed, multicultural, and often global from their first few employees. Sparko was shaped by that world and designed without assuming that every company works from one country, one office, or one traditional operating model.
With roots across Singapore, India, and the UAE, and experience drawn from global organizations and diverse teams, Sparko was born with a global mindset and built to serve teams anywhere.
Sparko is built and operated by Sparko Technologies Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore on 15 September 2026 (UEN 202642599C). The platform runs on AWS in Singapore, so the company you contract with and the region your data lives in are the same place.
People is available now. Legal is in beta. Books is on its way. Add the rest when your company is ready.
